SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch membership cards within 7 days that your order is received. You should have your membership in your hands within 10 to 14 working days. However, if you need it more urgently simply email our membership team and we will do our utmost to have it with you sooner.
Card expiry date will always be extended by additional month to accommodate processing time.
You can also delay the start and expiry date of the card when purchasing, especially helpful for when purchasing as a gift for family and friends.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
You have the right to change your mind within 14 days of your order.
We would cancel your order and give a full refund within 7 days of your order or before card printed and posted. If after 7 days but before 14 days, you can return your card and cancel your membership for a full refund.
